Terms

This agreement, will begin upon acceptance, and will continue for the duration of the program. The fee for The Content Audit Club program is payable per month, payable in advance each month.

 


The services to be provided by the coach (Chanel Cumberbatch) to the client (you) are consulting services, provided by Chanel Cumberbatch.

 


The client may submit up to 15 pieces of content each week for review. The client will receive an audio or video review of the content via email within 24 hrs.

 


Any unused content audits will expire at the end of each week.

 

 


Payments

 


The fee for The Content Audit Club program is payable per month, payable in advance each month. This is a recurring program with a minimum commitment of 3 months. After the initial 3 month commitment, you must request cancellation 3 days before your subscription renews by sending an email to [email protected]. Payments may be made by credit or debit card, and will be processed using a payment processor (Stripe). Please see the Stripe's website for a complete list of their privacy policies.

 


 

 


Cancellation

 


This is a recurring program with a minimum commitment of 3 months. After the initial 3 month commitment, you must request cancellation 7 days before your subscription renews by sending an email to [email protected]. The Content Audit Club is billed in advance on a monthly basis and is non-refundable. There will be no refunds or credits for partial months of service, upgrade/downgrade refunds, or refunds for months unused with an open subscriptions.

 


 

 


Confidentiality

 


The coaching relationship is built on trust. The Coach agrees to keep all conversations and information with the Client private and confidential. No personal ideas, information or thoughts expressed will be shared with anyone except with the permission of the Client.

 

 


 

 


Declaration

 


I understand that I am working with Chanel Cumberbatch for professional business coaching at the agreed fee. Professional coaching is distinctly different from counseling, psychotherapy or psychoanalysis and does not deal with the diagnosis or treatment of emotional problems. Since professional coaching does not constitute medical consultation or treatment, health insurance does not apply. These fees may be considered deductible business expenses.

 


Coaching is an ongoing relationship between a coach and a client. The opportunity for success for the coaching client dramatically increases because changing habits and creating possibilities is a process.Coaching is a structure that facilitates the process of personal, professional and / or spiritual development. The Client and Coach agree that the coaching relationship will be designed together.

 


By entering this relationship, the Coach - Chanel Cumberbatch and Client acknowledge that the Client wants to make significant progress and change in his/her life and content. Because progress and change happen at rates that are unique to each individual, the Client understands that the Coach does NOT guarantee any results and will not be held liable if the Client does not implement the strategies given by the Coach. There are no refunds offered, due to the nature of this program.
